Post A Picture of Your Last Purchase

Not new but I just swapped out the stock fan on the Fury X's rad for a Corsair SP120mm White LED :)

Is it more quiet now? And did you just plug it into the fan port the original one was? Or was it just wired to a molex?

Had to take off the aluminum plate underneath and unplug the fan from inside, It's an odd 5 pin doohicky so I just unplugged it and connected the Corsair fan to the mobo, Did some very tidy cable management and set it to silent.

Did a 30 minute Ungine Valley run and the temp is exactly the same as with the stock fan BUT quieter and with the added benefit of the LED effect :)

I found this little beaut - fully boxed with all the bits and bobs! I do have another one thats 'just the board' but couldnt resist!

Replaced the stock fan on the Fury X with 2 x Corsair SP120mm White LED's in push/pull and the idle temp has gone from 29'c down to 25'c and load temp has gone from 48'c down to 46'c, Can't post a pic of the load temp because as soon as I alt tab or exit the application the temp drop too fast ^_^
