Post A Picture of Your Last Purchase

shush you and stop wasting time, get on those lightnings, hmmkay

but no its a 690 man, been sitting in the window of my local cash convertors since April, taunting me everyday as I wait for my bus to work, today is the day that I brought her home with me, she's a beaut, don't tell the missus! need to strip and clean her though, she's a bit dusty, need to blow the cobwebs out but just making sure she's alright before i start work on her

Ahhh get it out mate, 690's are epicly pretty. Did they price it cheaply? I'd never thought about looking for used tech anywhere other than ebay/forums really.

You can get them for £250 from CEX. They had one in my local shop and it was so nearly mine..

Why though? it's old tech and modern drivers are crappy for Kepler. You can get something much better on a single die for £250. I mean, the 390 is £260 brand new.

I pre ordered this on day one, but just updated my card details so it's official.

I had it on a card that would expire before launch. Quite fitting really lol.

makes my heart sing

I used to run triple 1080p with 1280mb, the world did not end, even GTA IV ran nicely ;)

Yeah GTAV is surprisingly well behaved but there's plenty of titles out there that will easily use more.

Ah well, each to his own and all that :)

I decided against EVGA's SC version of the 980Ti for a number of reasons and went for MSI's stock offerings :). It'll be interesting to see what I can get out of them; at stock and when watercooled.

Ah yeah, some copper tube too ;). I think I'll put the 980Ti's through their paces before I start on the water cooling though.
