I've got three mini protanks, a genitank mega and an aerotank. Spend most of my time on the aero and my vamo v5.

I use the minis when I go out with visiontek spinners.

You guys have so many different ways to take drugs ^_^

What's next ? In the future hook up an ion engine to a pot of nicotine ? :p

I used to smoke around 30 roll ups a day.. cost? About £4 or more a day. If I went out I would buy 20 superkings @ £8.50 a pack. I would smoke at least two packs a week sometimes 3-4.

Now? At the very most about £6 a week.

So I've just booked another holiday. My lady and I have had 5 in the past two years after switching to vape together.

Awesome sauce.

OR just stop taking drugs, I know it's hard but not taking any drugs would be a lot better for your health and that £6 a week would amount to over 300 pound a year which you could put towards something useful :)

I'm not against smoking at all as a couple of times a year I enjoy a good cigar but surely if it's that much of an addiction it's time to step back and maybe ween yourself off the drug.

Anyway totally off topic.

Just bought this !

12 assorted quest protein bars, Good carbs good fats and protein that taste amazing :D

You can't just stop an addiction though. Vaping is not really harmfull, especially when compared to sigs and cigars. Also, I suppose some people just enjoy it. Fair enough, right?

But you can just stop an addiction, Friend of mine went cold turkey over night from heroine, Took a huge amount of willpower and support but he did it, He's been clean 10 years.

True each to their own I just don't see the point in swapping 1 chemical delivery device to another chemical delivery device that delivers slightly less of the exact same chemical ^_^

If he stopped a Heroin addiction overnight that must have been one hell of a night and in most cases, that simply isn't possible. By exact same chemical I suppose you mean nicotine? Thats really not what makes cigarettes so bad, its the tar and all the other carcinogens as you probably know. Also its not just "slightly less". Im pretty sure there is a huge difference between the health effects of proper smoke and the vapour you get from vaping.

Yeah it was a rough night but he made it through, It's possible for anyone it just takes willpower which a lot of the time in today's people is sadly lacking.

I vaped once, Tasted like chemicals and steam ^_^

Honestly and with respect you should drop the preaching attitude on things you obviously don't understand.

Just because your brain is made up a certain way and the fact you obviously have no addictive tendencies doesn't mean others can just stop doing things.

Especially when that person suffers from one, or in my case multiple mental afflictions.

Me too, but it really didn't taste like much to me ;)

I must have had a strong vape thing then, Did not taste nice at all.

Not preaching dude just trying to help, And I do know about it, I smoked from 14 to 26, Haven't smoked in 3 years as I realized what it was doing to my body and didn't even go down the vape route as in the long run it will still damage health even in a minute way and cost money :)

Oh and using the "Mental health issue" thing is just using the easy way out dude come on ^_^

Mate of mine has ADHD, OCD and depression yet he is the one that quit heroin and has been clean for 10 years.

Just saying not having a go :)

On another note how much does a vape machine thing cost ? Girlyfriend of mine is quitting cigarettes but is finding it hard, Might get her one for her birthday.

You can't help someone like me dude, but I appreciate it.

I'll be an addict until the day I die. Thankfully these days I don't drink and I've been off the illegal drugs for 20 years but I take a shed load of pills that are just as addictive as their illegal counterparts.

The anti psychotics I'm on could take out an elephant. They make me fat as they mess with your thyroid and your pancreas and increase lipids and blood sugar.

I've gone from 12 to 15.5 stone and don't eat any more than I ever did. Take those drugs away? The last time I was off the meds I had a manic spell that lasted nearly six months before I crashed. In that time I quit my job, left my flat and dyed my hair blue before doing a 600 mile runner and going off to live with someone I met on the net.

Looking back I actually cringe. I didn't even have the money to get back had he been full of bs.

So that's pretty much what happens if I don't medicate...

I don't know how educated you are in brain chemistry but people like me have very low levels of Serotonin. Nicotine is a known serotonin uptake chemical. As thus a true addict will never be able to quit.

In fact to me the word addict doesn't make much sense. You more often than not find that addicts usually have an underlying mental condition.

Vaping is just as harmful. It's just an excuse for them to market it and make more money.
National Center for Biotechnology Information: The FDA(part of US gov't) has reported that e-cigarette cartridges and solutions contain nitrosamines, diethylene glycol, and other contaminants potentially harmful to humans. They include nicotine, propylene glycol, glycerin, and tobacco flavoring. Propylene glycol, an FDA-approved solvent used in foods, a vehicle for intravenous diazepam, and as the major ingredient found in e-cigarette fluids, makes up about 90% of the solution. A small amount of diethylene glycol (approximately 1%), a known carcinogen and an ingredient in anti-freeze.. anit freeze yep. The stuff you put in your car is getting into the bloodstream. It also still contains nicotine. Just not as much as traditional cigs do. That was a quick summary from the only trusted source i could find.

More clinical trails and long term studies are needed before any confirmation can be made. But with the FDA already making a statement on it based off inital findings of how they are made up, it's not healthy. The US Court of Appeals has actually forbid companies from marketing them as a "better alternative" because they are not. But again more clinical trials are needed to further prove that case.

I agree with what you've said, but this doesn't really sound right. At the end of the day its their choice to take drugs whether they have a mental condition or not. There are always safer ways to solve these sorts of problems from the beginning.

Yikes sorry to hear that dude, I guess you are what people call a dependant, True in every sense of the word to keep your brain chemistry at generally normal levels.

Well then, GET VAPING !!! ^_^

Yeah, theres not been that much research and solid conclusions haven't been found. Personally I'd rather vape than smoke (I don't do either btw), but I don't have any kind of evidence or anything. Maybe its just to do with the horrible smell of smoke and such that makes it seem far worse to me. Anyway, I dont think anyone should get involved with any of that ;)

Vape might not smell but natural gas doesn't either and that kills ;)

Poor example I know but it was funny in my head :p
