Post A Picture of Your Last Purchase

I use the Propelene Glycol based liquid. It's used in asthma inhalers.

I've never felt so good tbh. No more hocking up brown crap every morning and I have a ton more stamina :)

Nothing used in vaping liquid is a proven carcinogen so I'm happy to continue.

I always knew deep down I'd never be able to quit so vaping has been a god send :)

Shouldn't base it purely off of carcinogens dude, Cyanide when inhaled isn't a carcinogen but it still kills, Albeit instantly but you get my drift ^_^

I agree with what you've said, but this doesn't really sound right. At the end of the day its their choice to take drugs whether they have a mental condition or not. There are always safer ways to solve these sorts of problems from the beginning.

Yes but that's usually not how it pans out in reality. I'm lucky really, I've never had any reservations about speaking about my illness and I'm very open about it. But let's face it most aren't. Most bottle it up and wouldn't dream about going to a psychiatrist. That means accepting you're mentally ill and there's a huge stigma attached.

I have had two friends commit suicide. One of them ended up being a full blown schizophrenic and he had no idea but was visiting a psychiatrist.

People use drugs and alcohol to mask and hide their underlying feelings. This is why they become addicts, because their true personality is broken and so they need an escape.

Take away the drugs or alcohol and you see the real problems.

I just don't want cancer. Seriously that shit is my worst fucking nightmare.

Had two non blood related uncles die of it and seriously I just don't want to go like that.

Show us some of your vaping machinations then if you would please bud, I'm interested to see what these devices look like :)

I hear ya on that one, My grand dad was riddled with cancer, He did work in a power plant though so it wasn't totally self inflicted but still, A nasty way to go, Literally had it in every part of his body.

Sorry bud but all I took away from that is, People are smoking anti-freeze, At least they won't ice over in the winter hahahaha ^_^

It's ok. I've taken a basic chemistry course a while back. So to me some of it made sense:)
It's horrible though.. that shit in your bloodstream.. sure 1% but why the fuck does it need to be there in the first place? I'm not an internal combustion engine..

Yeah, theres not been that much research and solid conclusions haven't been found. Personally I'd rather vape than smoke (I don't do either btw), but I don't have any kind of evidence or anything. Maybe its just to do with the horrible smell of smoke and such that makes it seem far worse to me. Anyway, I dont think anyone should get involved with any of that ;)

Ya neither is better. It's new so we have to wait for studies. Vaping is easier to quit than smoking because of the less nicotine. That's why some doctors say to stop getting cigs, buy the vapor, then quit. It's easier that way but still unhealthy.

Vape might not smell but natural gas doesn't either and that kills ;)

Poor example I know but it was funny in my head :p

Lol it was funny to me to:)

My latest purchases

Got annoyed with my divan bed moving apart so ordered myself this...

i also needed a new cpu cooler so got this and my temps are already 15 degs lower..

Ooooo do you have a link to the bed,. looks like something i could use, throw all the pc stuff in the storage bit lol!

I sure do matey, i got it from amazon here

When you say "throw all the pc stuff in" do you mean spares or 'a working pc build' because i would love to see that sort of build log lol :D

I've already got a pretty high end Asus but something has gone wrong with it. Basically the sound sorta sounds 3d and goes in and out of loudness. Sounds like it's failing and TBH I should have known better after the last load of crap I had with an Asus D2G.

Got it for £50 inc with the free mic. Doubt I'll use it though.

I was thinking spares, but now i might just build a pc into the bed

Cheers dude

Picked one of these up this weekend :)

WOOOOO! where do you play SuB would love to hang out for a skirmish one day?

More clinical trails and long term studies are needed before any confirmation can be made. But with the FDA already making a statement on it based off inital findings of how they are made up, it's not healthy.
That was based on very cheap stuff that you'd get from gas stations. Makes sense to stop people from selling it as healthy. Its a healthier alternative. Not super healthy, but no one said it was.

Not to mention the parts that actually comprise the liquid are individually fda approved.

Thats in the US only. Not to mention THE VERY CHEAPEST SH*T. We're a bit more protected over here

I've had this f**king discussion every time this crops up. Its even in this thread! I'm just waiting for someone to link that funded by the tobacco companies and I'm done.

I don't even smoke. :)

Doesn't matter where you get it. Just because it's in a store doesn't make it any better lol. It's not a better alternative.. based off inital testing it's not as addicitive so yes it's easier to quit making it the "better alternative". That's really the only conclusion we can come to before clinical trials are done to prove health related causes and the "better alternative" notion. Not that it matters if its bad in the first place... Yes the chemicals themselves- by themselves- are approved. The combination as a whole is a different matter as it changes the chemcial composition and the molecular structure as they interact and bond with eachother, i doubt that itself will be approved.. but again we need to await results from trials.

I don't see how that makes you more protected? Sure it should have been instantly banned from being sold within these products but they couldn't prove anything without trials to force them not to. Doesn't matter if the anti-freeze is cheap or not. It's still anti-freeze and it's not meant to be consumed. The US law is just different from yours.

Either way i don't smoke so to me it's stupid to spend money on it anyways. Hell when i consume alcohol i literally have 1 single can of beer then i stop. It just a waste of time to me.

Have you even tried anti-freeze?
