Jeez SuB that's some serious custom techers to need taps and dies, I think you need to start your build log and post a pretty picture of everything you've bought so far to hype it up.

I plan on doing exactly that this weekend ;)

Anyone know where I can acquire some black coated M3 hex nuts?

HYPE! I'm hyped, I don't know about everyone else but I wanna see! Then i'll want to spend loads of money on my project weeheee!!!!

Hmm.. I don't know SuB, i've been looking around for bolts and screws but i'd not seen many nuts, if you find some good stuff that's cheaper than TTL's epic hardware and of good quality let me know... Or if you wanted to bulk up your order for something epic then I need a few dozen M3 0.5 x 6mm and I guess a shed load of screws for rads, could always get a ton of long ones and cut then down. Drop me a PM if that sounds good.

Buy some stainless hex bar, you've got your taps now, sorted!

That E22 is a tidy little store, probably have to 'ave a bit o' that, when i've seen yours :D

Aye, ordered my 10/12 Acrylic tube from there :) seems really good! I'm all for supporting the 'little guy' stores if they're stuff is good (like mdpc-x etc)

Oooh it does look good, the fittings I picked are 10/13 otherwise I might of tried a bit of that. I love MDPC-X too, the little guys who just expand into their little niche of stuff they can ensure are perfect is great.

It's funny E22 don't have any washers either, presumably he must use them on builds perhaps it's worth dropping him an email and asking about nuts/washers?

It is the Primochill branded silicon bendy thing, i'm unsure if it actually has a hole in but I remember reading them saying some of the other silicon bendy jobs can be tight/loose in the tube just due to manufacturer discrepancies on 10mm. Perhaps they have oversized it slightly and added a hole so it can compress a little? I don't know but the monsoon kit has some included too so I will just use whatever works best with the Primochill. Their system is 10/13 so it's quite possible the ID is slightly larger too I guess.

I had to pre-order the mandrels and the 13mm mitre block was the last one special tech had. I couldn't find the entire kit anywhere but to be honest I would sooner buy a slightly higher quality heat gun anyway so it works for me.

Yeah I had to order mine in seperate bits, think ocuk had most of it in stock. I have a decent heatgun already thankfully. The monsoon tube is slightly thinner than the one I got from e22 maybe by a mm or so? the fit on the e22 one is almost perfect :) Annoyingly the mandrels are for 13mm not 12mm, so there will be some leeway but I can account for this :)
