thats a good deadlift mate! im only at 95KG but 20KG over my body weight! so thats good for me
You're not too far away from triple figures! How long have you been deadlifting?

I'm about 80kg. I've been around that for quite some time now, I did lose about 14kg of fat through a calorie deficit last year though. I'm somewhere around 12/13% bodyfat now.

As for the Deadlift, I can rep the 160kg for a set of 5, but the last one is quite difficult. My one-rep max is 190kg, although I haven't tried a one rep max since before Christmas, I should probably give them another shot, I might manage the elusive 200kg figure. :p

been lifting about 10 months, i remember my first deadlift most hardcore exercise id ever performed!!

i hoping in the next 4 weeks i can hit 100KG!

What are is your bench and squat like?

Keep at it! Heavy compounds like the Squats/Deadlifts are extremely effective.

My bench was never really great. I was at 85kg last year with a one rep max of 100kg, but to mix it up I haven't gone near the bench since. I do the dumbell press at the minute, I can manage a good 3 of 8 with 37.5kg dumbells or the 40kg ones if I've a spotter. I should probably go back to the bench again, just to mix up things once more.

With the Squat I got up to 130kg, although I wasn't going deep enough and I certainly wouldn't have been hitting parallel. Although for the last few months I've been focusing on going below parallel, and during the week I managed 105kg.

thats actually really impressive!

my bench is currently at 72.5KG and squats at a nice 80KG i concentrate alot more on form than weight if im honest, i can get low when squatting, once or twice dint think id be able to get back up! My bench hasnt really improved over the last 6 weeks, i been thinking about substituting benching with a chest press machine, as well as doing dumbell presses

Damn son, looking swoll haha. "Dem gainzz." (since you're from the UK you might not get that reference. Look up the Hodge Twins on Youtube, or their fitness channel TwinMuscleWorkout). I wish I was that fit. I'm not obese, but not really in that much shape either. I need to get to a gym

really! your diet must be ridiculous to maintain that all year round, im currently at ~19% and think that's uncomfortable!

My diet is strict yes but its so easy to follow, I see it this way, If the body doesn't need I wont have it.

Low carbs, High protein and moderate amount of fat, Same meals everyday, 365 days a year.

As said though I find it easy to stick to as I enjoy the fit and lean lifestyle, Would be a butt load harder if I had a sweet tooth ^_^

Hmmm. Whenever we start playing ME3 I'll have to remember to take it easy with the insults. Damn.

That will be soon :D

And insult away, Seriously I'm one of the most easy going people ever :)
