Post A Picture of Your Last Purchase

Damn son, looking swoll haha. "Dem gainzz." (since you're from the UK you might not get that reference. Look up the Hodge Twins on Youtube, or their fitness channel TwinMuscleWorkout). I wish I was that fit. I'm not obese, but not really in that much shape either. I need to get to a gym

I actually watch their channels quite a lot, Got 6 weeks until my holiday so Ima bust a nut to make all kindzaa gainz !! :p

My diet is strict yes but its so easy to follow, I see it this way, If the body doesn't need I wont have it.

Low carbs, High protein and moderate amount of fat, Same meals everyday, 365 days a year.

As said though I find it easy to stick to as I enjoy the fit and lean lifestyle, Would be a butt load harder if I had a sweet tooth ^_^

any chance i could get a breakdown of your diet?? see cake is my downfall, i fuckin  cake!!

2 Hours later or 1 hour before bed - Protein shake.

Drinks - Water *Main one*, Diet coke, Pepsi max, Green tea, Nettle tea *Helps flush excess water from the body*

And thats my day, As said it's simple and it just works, Nothing complicated about it and it goes a long way toward staying lean and building muscle at the same time :)

You've pretty damn nice definition there dude. :p

The lowest I've managed to get my bodyfat is about 12% or so. Getting it into the single figures, and maintaining it is damn difficult.

BTW - I figured I'd start a new thread for us lifters:

Would have watched it in 3D but i was diagnosed with Bells Palsy few weeks ago, so my eye sight quite weak so 3D isnt a good idea

Got Some B12-4's of FTR.4500mhz in the post this morning, cracking looking fans but just little too noisy for my linking..

Damn, I should have saved my ticket from Monday's bank holiday, I went to watch it too...

Oh wow xD
Personally not a movie I'd watch twice, apart from having a laugh with my mates there wasn't anything very memorable about the day out :P

Meeeh, it's easier to see films twice when you don't have to pay.

I saw it on the opening Thursday at the most popular viewing in IMAX whilst sat next to a hippie with dreadlocks down to his knees, and probably a little close to the screen. Kind of harder to follow sat too close to IMAX if you get me.

Still, quite a good film. Not as good as the first 2 IMO and some bits were a little random. Oh well...

2400 rpm is too fast for quiet operation, they are at a about 34 db, you need to be closer to 20 db, then it depends on the person if 22 db is okay or 18 is more what you want. Have you tried slowing them down?

I have them spinning @ 1200rpm / 6v and there noisier than the stock fans at same speed on the h100i..

I think the problem is that they are moving a ridicoulous amount of air through the radiator compared the the stock fans..

EDIT...
But even though they are loud the noise is not irritating and is very smooth. Im still impressed by them..

They must not do well with resistance, some fans don't. I'm not talking static pressure, but purely sound generation. Run them open air and they can be silent, but put any resistance in front of them where it causes turbulence, no matter how minor, and they get noisy.

I have some old adjustable Enermax fans like that, totally silent open air, but put even a small wire grill before and aft and they get noisy.

Edit: I say that since I have seen a test of those fans at 6 volts only doing 16.5 db, that is silent, but I'm betting that is open air, not blowing through anything.

The test is on YouTube, I'd just done a search on the fan model.

Got them for £40 brand new.

those in ears are so f*cking good. but be careful with them, the rubber tends to break right under the speaker. i had to RMA them because of it (bose was quite cool with that, they sent me a newer, way better version for free!) and the second ones already broke at the same point but they still work. and i treated them very well.
