Waiting for it to be picked and then delivered but thanks to a one off "Thank You" payment from work I have been able to order the below.
I have ordered 6 of the EK fans, and I am going to use a Deepcool Castle 360EX cooler that I already have but add the EK fans to it, controlled by the fan controller so I can drop the speed during the day when I am not using the pc.
The Corsair case is because it doesn't have annoying RGB, or a stupid tempered glass side panel and actually has decent air flow.
The board I couldn't decide between the Unify, ACE or Gigabyte Aorus Elite and after looking at it more and more I decided on the Unify as it would also allow me to replace my roughly 10 year old Corsair RM1000 PSU, although my dad will be using that.
I know it doesn't have a Intel NIC but I have a PCI-E Dual 1Gb NIC card so if the on board one is not that good, then I can easily just pop this Intel card in.
The controller I mentioned about above, but needed something rather than just running the fans at 12v all day.
So once it all arrives, I am litterally just going to pull my 1TB WD Black NVME, 2080Ti and Sound Card out of my current case and then take the case with the board, chip, ram, psu, cooler and fans down to my dad and hand it over to him.
Then have fun building everything up in a new case and getting it up and running.

Met the guy who sold me the broken one and he refunded me.
Saw another guy in local ads selling some new ones (seems to be a lot RVII's on local ads advertised as brand new), he came round to my place with it this afternoon, I tested it, it works so I paid him.. He came round with three in the boot of his car and told me just in case one doesnt work..... LOL
Some thing fishy going down with Radeon VII's in Paris.
Also registered it in XFX site and it shows card built in 2020 so not too old and is most probably new.
EDIT, if anybody has any tips for me to set up this card then let me know, AMD is all new to me & would like to undervolt it....
EDIT AGAIN, Just realised I have a Gysnc monitor not going to be able to use that feature now

The fact that you actually agreed to meet the first person shows spine and even letting the second person into your own home, not just for security and personal reasons, but also due to the current pandemic that is going on around the world and with all of the lockdowns that are currently active.
Personally, from someone who works within security, I'd have a really hard time letting someone into my own home for this. Even meeting a person in public has it's risks (since I suspect that you don't even know this person at all, so can't know for sure that the person might have a agenda or other thoughts, nor what this person might be capable off).
I'm not saying this is with everyone these days, but you can never know for sure.
All in all, glad you finally got a working GPU and can now go k*ck some backside on the battlefield!

Not because there's anything wrong with my current mouse cause there isn't I bought this cause it's white and blingy and I like white and blingy so if it's no good I'll just onsell it

I'm a big lad and can handle myself
& apart from this one exception I am self isolating and I feel that durig this time of self isolation not having a decent gpu was making me feel really depressed and a new was one needed to cheer me up.

You lucky motherf...TTi TG2000 signal generator for testing purposes. Picked up from the bargain section on CPC for roughly 40% of it's normal going rate.
I've been looking at that getting some equipment like that so I can start reverse engineering some stuff but the cost is putting me off.

I understand you dude and not doubting you, but that doesn’t mean your Superman and can not get hurt. Plus, it’s not only you, as a physical person that might get hurt. Inviting a stranger to your personal space, you can never know if they are looking around to maybe hit it at a later time. Hence potentially do an financial and/or emotional hit on you as a person.

Nice that it all worked out for you though dude! Is that the 4K variant? I’ve personally never gotten a feeling for ASUS ROG monitor stands, those tripod looking stands.

So all my stuff arrived today except my new case and although I've only been using it for about 5mins I'm already liking the feel of my new Roccat AIMO mouse which really surprised me TBH I thought I'd hate it at first look.

You need to trust people more.
And yes those Tripod stands are awful. I hate them. Ugly, and takes up so much unnecessary space. I had to remove mine from the Swift monitor and replace it with a Vesa stand instead.
