Post A Picture of Your Last Purchase

Pfft, these days everything we eat, drink, or breath will probably give you cancer. You're going to die someday anyway, so keep smiling and enjoy your vices. Steak FTW!

Generally Cancer has to be in the family for someone to contract it, I say generally, And there is no cancer in my family apart from my German grandfather but he got a deadly dose of radiation when he worked with a reactor at a power plant in Germany.

But every week something new gives you cancer, Peanuts at one point gave you cancer, Salt gave you cancer, Apples give you cancer, Maple syrup, The list goes on and on and on and on.

My next door neighbour is 97 years old, He eats steak, Bacon and eggs everyday, Smokes a pack of 20 and drinks half a bottle of whiskey every single day, He's healthy as a horse, No lung problems, No heart problems.

It's all about genetics.

Tasmanian devil's can infect others with cancer by biting them.

Yeah and the next new thing(well newish) is to much antioxidants gives you cancer. Honestly it never ends.

Wanna know what the funny thing is? If we stopped pumping everything full of chemicals half the things that supposedly gives us cancer would go away ^_^

Only within its own species, it's called Devil Facial Tumour Disease (DFTD). ;) I'm a nature nut.

Nearly wiped the population out here - they had to create colonies in safe zones on mainland Australia and some islands as a contingency plan. A bit like Noahs Ark.

Quite sad seeing the spread of the disease. Tigers are long gone. Devils next. All the things that make us unique. They are noisy little buggers tho.

Loving my AE-5, Put it on the Headphone 7.1 option, Doesn't actually enable 7.1 until you turn another dial for "surround" but it enables the use of the crystalizer etc... and my Beyer 990's sound amazing, I'm noticing details I've never heard before.

I tested it with my Shure 846. Still the best IEM I have ever experienced. I'm hearing details on orchestral music that I didnt hear with the STX I. So clearly a good choice for me.

Next time you have some disposable cash get yourself a pair of Grado.

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Grado-SR60...1g0eTsctML&preST=_SY300_QL70_&dpSrc=srch&th=1

The detail and soundstage are unmatched. Totally and utterly unmatched.

Sound is subjective but I totally disagree on that. The Shure SRH1540 felt far superior to the Grado SR325E. The Shure even has a frequency range of 5Hz - 25Hz which is not common. What I did find ridiculous given how damn good the Shure are when I tested them, is that they dont have Stereo Speakers so cannot be independent. How can something be that good and not have proper stereo speakers amazes me. This is probably a massive turn off for most people when choosing based on specs alone. However when you experience them.. my god they are unbelievable and surpass the Grado (at least until you see the price ;) )

Grado wins hands down on price though since the Shure are almost double the price.

edit* It might sound like I am a little biased since I am a big Shure fan. but it was an honest opinion and something I don't really want to argue about. So the only thing that can be done is to experience such high end gear for yourselves. I suppose finding a hardware store specializing in audio is not that common (at least not that common in Norway)

Dude, I thought you bought a TT case a few months ago?

Or did you change your mind.

Or did you change your mind.

I did and its fully built :)

Problem is that now the woman has moved in with me, I have to accomodate her things too. (she bought a cute little phantex)

So the Tower no longer has a convenient place to be. With the C700 I can put it under my desk. Also our best friend loves the case and was happy to take it off my hands for almost same price i paid. Providing I give him one of my 780 cards >.<. Suppose its a fair deal considering I cant even sell the 780 Gpu anymore.

I should add a picture of the finished TT case before its dismantled though. I was quite proud of what i did without modding anything of the case. Just a simple watercooling pass through panel was made. Rest of the case i utilised what was there, which is still fantastic!

hah !

Hazelnut is my fave. I got a caramel just for when I want something really, really sweet. The pumpkin spice? I am hoping it is what I used to get from a farm store called Heritage back in the day around Thanksgiving. If it's that I will be well happy.

Just got a couple of these mouse mats.

They are huge and cover nearly the entire desktop. They look good too.

No more worrying about a small mouse mat moving around.

I've never had a need for large mouse mats myself as I use relatively high CPI. Across a 27" 1440p monitor, I can move the cursor from one side of the screen to the other in about 2".

Grr. So a couple of weeks back I ordered this.

I only needed the PCI plate, antenna and wires. Any way, today it arrived. The antenna were too far up the PCIE plate so I drilled two holes in one of the vented ones that I painted and clear coated. Looked great, went to fit and I could not get the antennas to "bite". In the end swearing loads I had to take out the GPU, swing it up, take out the PCIE mini card only to realise the antenna cables did not clip on or fit even with loads of pressure. FFS. I desperately need wireless on the PC and now I have wrecked one of my vented covers. Not bloody happy. Then all became right in the world again when I found this for a tenner.

And obs I have the antenna sitting here for it.
