Possible to uninstall Bit-Defender via command line?

I have an issue with W7 not starting. It is related to Bit-Defenders, Trufos.sys, before a full on format, I want to try to uninstall it. Can I do this via command line? Google is tough, I found a way to do it in W8, but it's not the same in W7...

Have you tried a restore before this started?
