Possible NZXT Hale90 850W problem

My NZXT Hale90 850W power supply seems to have a fast switching/clicking sound coming from it when under load. Not sure this is normal, but it doesn't sound like it. I thought it was a fan with a dodgy bearing, but on inspection, all the fans are ok including the psu fan. The sound is coming from inside the psu.

Tom, if you're reading this you may know, as you have this psu in your main rig.

Thanks

RMA, not worth the risk. Sounds like it's arcing or heading that way

Agreed RMA it. If nothing in the fan is showing signs on failure and your hearing something clicking under load I would stop using it. I've had previous experiences with a guitar amp head that clicked shortly after I noticed the transformer from the mains failed.

Certainly sounds like the electrics. RMA'ed it. I'll update the outcome. A bit crap really as it had stickers on it showing it passed it's tests.
