It was a matter of controlled breathing and slight steady pressure and praying I was not pushing to hard.

Here is a pic that better shows just how far to push the blade in.

Oh, and forgot to mention the HOW in detail.

in the pic below, you can see just how far the blade needs to go to pop the seal, and you can measure it by the hole in the ceter of the blade, if the bottom of the hole is just below the edge of the chip DON"T GO ANY FURTHER! cause the capacitors are RIGHT THERE.

AS for testing I have not had time or the opportunity to work on my PC/Loop all this week.
