Evidently PNY have come out with their latest take on the GeForce 780 Ti!

According to them "It features a brand new aluminum design with highy efficient double ball bearing fans keeping its standard true dual slot form factor. This new chassis offers this GTX 780 Ti XLR8 OC Pure Performances the best cooling system PNY has ever built, to ensure the highest power withdraw. Below are some pictures of this unusual card...

It's nice to see PNY bringing out a brushed aluminium shroud on a card and I'm certain that many enthusiasts will be keen to use it in order to give their rig a nice "clean" look, especially with those curves...Mmm...Those curves..

*Achem* Anywho, here are the full specifications..

Hope you enjoyed this little tid-bit of news. I just thought it was odd but worth mentioning.

Reasonably tastefully done unlike some other white cards that I've seen and with the still black pcb not bad at all

Kinda nice, shame its not just ally as that would look better imo.
Also PNY doesn't seem to have the best reputation :/

I don't believe it has paint on it? I thought it was just brushed aluminium, like what Apple use on a lot of their products. Depending on the alloy it can come out quite a light colour.

Looks great for a white card, I hope it has a backplate!

Hopefully a black back plate though. Too much white can be a bad thing.

It's not really brushed ally, it's like cast ally.. there's a special name for the finish, brushed has lines (hence brush).

Haha, I wasn't entirely sure if it was brushed or not, but I knew it was just plain ol' ally.

I'm just wondering which VRAM chips they used? PNY bait & switch springs to mind.. Don't trust them.

Why in the name of everything that is holy would they think it's a good idea to put a dent in the shroud. Looks like you could fold it.

I picked one of these up yesterday and the cover is a light coloured aluminium. There are 2 white LED's on the fans, it's not noisy at all and temps are good. According to GPU Z the memory is GDDR5(Hynix)
