Hi everyone I got an nvidia geforce FX 5700 GPU and I want to upgrade it to a better card and I have an AGP 4x slot and an 350 watt PSU and I wounder wich card wolud be good for me.

jaysus i think you need a total new mobo and PSU fella

i would save cash and get a total upgrade IMO it will be alot more benaficail

Aye AGP quite dated now.. other than ebay your not going to get any real decent cards now.

ATI did one recently. 4770 or something. However, that was AGP 2.0. The 5700 is about seven years old now or something like that so I think it's time to throw the lot in the bin and start again on account of -

It will have a 20 pin PSU.

It will have an IDE drive set.

It will use DDR at best and possibly even SDRAM.

It has absolutely nothing salvagable at all .

Yeah I see the specs are in the sig now... Toss it mate. Sounds like socket 478 to me which is seriously out of date.

Big kudos for getting it to last this long though

Just save cash imo and get a total new PC its your best bet just do what i did also i came from a 939 system with DDR ram haha
