Phone Upgrade next month advice!

I like your style, sir. I wish my mentality was similar to yours... I just don't work that was. I'm rash, blunt and will argue my opinion to no end.

I apologize in advance for some of my arguments.

It's orite dude. I don't take anything to heart and I respect your opinions/views.

I've got the 3GS and looking now to upgrade as my upgrade is due. Unfortunately I've not experienced android phones, but because I've been so comfortable with the iPhone I don't feel the need to "cross over".

I'm aiming to get the 4s as my next upgrade just because I love what the 3GS has offered me, also I like the apps I have bought over the apple store and wish to keep them.

I'm not being anti-android as the Galaxy S II is a beautiful, but I feel it's large screen (although nice) is a bit to much for my pockets to handle. At the end of the day it's your phone. You're the one who's going to be using it 24/7. I suggest going into an O2 shop and test them both out (although you'll have to wait until the 14th to try the iPhone 4s) and see what you'd prefer.

galaxy 2 or sensation are the only choices for me, and given my ability to break stuff it means i can only really live with teh htc as samsungs are a bit on the plastic side.

It wont be long before they start making hand grips for tablets and using them as phones. But really, I have a Galaxy S II and an Iphone 4 (GS2 is a business phone) and the iphone is still faster, quite significantly too. I find it funny that a dual core 1ghz, 825mb phone such as the GSii either launches apps just as fast or slower than my 1ghz single core 512mb iphone 4. For something with twice the supposed power you would thing it would be almost 2x faster, not just as fast as iphone 4. Android is like Windows in the sense it takes a lot to run, which does not leave room for much else, but is very customizable. iphone is like Linux, does not take squat to run which leaves more room for applications, but is only as customizable as the community allows.
