I have not long built my new system my first amd one. I know the cpu has a max safe temp of 62c. I know that in hwmonitor TMPIN1 is the cpu temp but it allso gives the core temps and the cpu temp is allways higher than the core temps at load. what one is the most important one not to go over 62. might be a stupid question but i have never come accros this before.

just done some googling and apparently the cpu temp if off the die couver and that it could be the thermal compout curing i used tuniqu tx3 ?
