Phanteks PHTC14PE blocking first PCIE slot on MATX mobo

As it says in the title, would a big cooler such as the Phanteks PHTC14PE block the first PCIE slot on a MATX mobo such as the Gigabyte Z87MX-D3H or Asus gryphon Z87???

It depends on the fan clips.

The Noctua D14 blocks the first PCIE slot as the clips stick out a little, but the Phanteks ones aren't so intrusive - but at the same time the heatsink is a little wider.

I wouldn't risk it to be honest, and you may be better off going for something like an H100i, or a Noctua NH-U12S.

I would want something with good cooling and aesthetically pleasing and at a cheaper price that's why I went with the phanteks phtc14pe. And this is for a matx system
