Can PCI Express be use in PCI slots or do you have to have a new MB with PCIE slots? And if the has been posted somewhere else I am sorry for the repeat., and Thanks for the answer.

no PCI Express cards cannot be used in ordinary PCI slots. You will have to buy a new motherboard to make them work ( socket 775 motherboard for intel and socket 939 Nforce4, Via K8T890 , ATI Xpress 200 chipset motherboards to be specific ) .
