I am thinking of upgrading my PowerColor AMD RX 580 8GB DDR5 RED DEVIL Graphics Card Gaming Version (AXRX580 8GBD5-3DH/OC) and buying a used card on Facebook marketplace or eBay for 200 to 400 ponds. What cards do you all recommend?
I forgot to ask i only game at 1080p.

Avoid the Intel cards
If raytracing is your thing go nvidia if not then I reckon AMD gives you more in terms of value.
btw, i think 64 gb is overkill for gaming, unless you are doing memory intensive tasks/workloads then 32gb would be ample

Despite Nvidia's claims to the contrary like Alien said raytracing is not something for low end cards, even with DLSS it's just a bad experience, if you have the budget for a 7800xt it will give you better raytracing than say a 6000 series AMD card and can equal a 4070 in some games in raytracing, but it'll get slaughtered in more Nvidia sponsored games in raytracing.


Still if you want raytracing I wouldn't start at anything lower than a 4070 and a Ti would be better, if it were my money though I'd try real hard to get a 7800xt.
