i have read that quite a few people are having the same problem as me

my guesses(!):
- AMD(ATI) driver issue
- Power supply not working properly on some point (not regarding over all quality or your impressive psu specs)
why?
- AMD/ATI drivers have always caused me sleepless nights in the past few years....be it @home or @work. they just can't get it done properly. examples: scrambled multi display setup after driver update, windows movie maker / gallery not working due to incompatiblity (crossfire!) since catalyst 10.2....aso asf
- had a be quiet! dark power pro (P6) 1kW PSU that had worked well but from one moment to another my pc froze occasionally (especially when watching (youtube)videos), BSODs at random, couldn't get past POST aso asf. after changing EVERY freakin' part in the rig except the PSU i finally changed that as well and everything was fine...grmbl *g*
this is just what i've personally expierienced in the past and may serve you or not
