Does it only do it under load?

No it doesn't crash at all under load it only crashes whilst web browsing or watching netflix or reading, I can game all night with no issues at all I played bf4 for an hour or two and mech for like 4 hours today which is really weird you'd think it would crash under load

No I watch Netflix through their app and I read with an app called Book Bazaar Reader and both of these worked well with 8.1 and are from the Microsoft Store so I don't know why I'm having issues with 10 and now the most common error to cause the hard locks are NVLDDMKM

which nVidia drivers are you running?
-edit- I'm not entirely sure if its still a thing but try disabling hardware acceleration for your browser.

364.51 and I will see if hardware acceleration is a thing in Chrome, just turned hardware acceleration off will see how it goes

Try reverting back a revision?

Just an update for you all after removing Corsair link and updating again to the latest Nvidia drivers the hard locks have stopped so it may? have been a clash with 10, Corsair and Nvidia

I haven't been able to get Corsair Link to work since the last update.
