PC Failure + Tight Budget = This Build Idea

the heat sink to get is the noctua d14 and the ram to get would be CML16GX3M4A1600C9 Corsair 16GB (4x4GB) DDR3 1600Mhz Vengeance "low Profile" Memory Kit CL9 1.5V

that would be a Crucial 128GB M4 SSD - 2.5" SATA-III - Read 500MB/s Write 175MB/s and a WD 2TB 3.5" SATA-III 6Gb/s Caviar Black Hard Drive 7200RPM 64MB Cache

Ok. In all seriousness I would suggest that you get the best pre-built custom PC you can buy that will be a good base for you to add GPUs/RAM to later.

Because honestly, you have had many build advice threads and none of them have succeeded. IMO you're not very technically competent when it comes to building PCs and a pre-built rig would really help you.

I am trying to help and not hate.

You've built 9 PC's yet you're trying to learn. I've built 2 and I know how to watercool, install anything, sleeve a PSU, etc.etc...I'm not being, 'high and mighty,' as you seem to think we all are. There is no point configuring a computer you won't be able to built due to lack of cash etc. when you won't be able to build it for ages. All these build idea threads and nothing comes out of them. I'm not saying any more. We've all tried to help out, on several occasions too....
