PC complete freeze

ok guys hopefully u can help me out

when i first was running my pc it has total freeze moments getting shorter and shorter

sent it to the store and it seemed fixed

then it started to freeze again after a while

but my sisters boyfriend found out their was a power saving option ( shut down HDD after 20 minuts ) that was causing my SSD to go bonkers

now evrything ok and working

then 2 days ago it randomly froze again after visiting the internet , while i was playing 3 to 4 hours of BF3 on ultra the days before with no issue

i did send it to the store for a rma for the corsair H100 , i got good news that my corsair H100 and my pc components are all in good working order .

so it's a software issue but what !

i hope u guys can help me out

if u need more info or a translater to understand my jibberisch let me know
