i want to get the Patriot Torqx TRB

it has trim support and raid support.

it has 260MB/s read and 115MB/s write. my current HDD has 85MB/s READ and 86MB/s write according to crystaldiskmark.

this is really the SSD in my price range. any1 thinks im making bad decision or what do you think?

@@oh and why does my 640GB Local Disk only shows 560 on MyComputer? lol.

my HDD's have less than the sticker on the HDD says with all of them. I don't know why.

you should put a link to the Patriot SSD model because it'll help them help you.

Hard drives are sold as 1TB, but this is in SI units where the Tera prefix means is 1 x 1000^4. In your OS bytes are measured in powers of 1024 not 1000. This means that whilst a 1TB listed drive has 1 x 1000^4 bytes, this is 1000^4 divided by 1024^4 usable TB's which is 909GB. I'm assuming that's what you meant.

I'm no expert on SSD's but for that price that looks a good deal. I take it you want it as a boot disk seeing as it's only 60GB?

yea. and put GTA 4 on it since that games needs atleast a core2quad to run properly and i only have a core2duo.
