Parvums System S2 Case

Hello all

I have watch TTL vid today which was great as usual and something nice to have your dinner to as it is that long enough (he says grab a big mug, i go cook dinner or lunch). Anyway i digress, it has got me thinking about this case.
I am guessing the 3.5/2.5 mounting points are around the back some where. I would like to know though and what you can mount back there.
Are there couple of 2.5 and no 3.5 or 3.5 and a 2.5. If so could it be changed to a certain spec if i went through the people at Parvum and spoke to them directly.

Regards

This is how most people fit drives, if you want something special and have plans on paper or CAD the guys at Parvum Systems will build you what you want.

Thanks

A picture speaks a thousand words. I am looking into getting a M-atx case for my next build. I really like the look of the case and love in the inlays. I ask them about maybe custom holes as there is plenty of space back there. I thinking of getting triple 2.5 inch mounts.

Thanks for the picture

Just remember that the PSU occupies a lot more of the rear section than you think it does. Not just that it sits 12mm off the ground but also you need room for cables. The standard HDD mount hangs down 17mm from the inside of the roof panel so that big open space above the PSU quicky gets eaten into. It's still big enough to get 3x 2.5's in no problem but if you (or you ask parvum to) come up with a solution it will take a little time and thought to get it super neat. I stuck my SSD to the back of the motherboard tray just because it made cabling nice and it looked really clean.

That gives you a better impression of what room is left. That's as little cables as you can physically get away with too.

Thanks for pics.
I can see there is a lot of space in there. I have some idea of where to mount stuff. I am think of a custom water cooled setup, quite similar(as in loop wise) to the titan fall setup they have on there website. They are great cases and with some inlays you could get some really great results. I am thinking of maybe upgrading at Christmas, or waiting for the new broadwell. Just really save the money and build on designs. I like the case because of the great form factor and unique look that each one could have.

Thanks Tom, i check the website to see what the shipping price would be £60.00 wow not cheap we always get screw on everything in this country, maybe 1 day i can get one :)

Thats why they were out of the question for me. I would then have to pay tax on the product cost + shipping fee to get it here :(
