Painting radiator outter housing

I'm assuming that machines are used to spray the rads, ensuring an even layer all around. With rattle cans or any other method by hand you will most likely get an uneven finish.

yer i agree that paint can dont get you good even coverage and you do get quite a bit of orange peel but you have to flat back the orange peel hen you paint with a spray gun aswell. when flatted back and polished up tho you can get very good reflections and results

such as (sorry for the bad phone pics)

every time i tried to use the multi quote botton it just did the same as the quote bottton and would not let me multi quote

you can get awesome results from a rattle can. people always say that you can not get anywhere near as good results when compared to a spray but thats not really true. painting is all down to the prep work and if thats good your well on your way to a good job.

Are you sure you're pressing the right "Reply" button. Use the "Add Reply" button next to the "Start New Topic" button at the bottom. I think you're hitting the grey "Reply" button instead. The "Add Reply" button is blue by the way.

I did what I have explained above and the multiquote as worked perfectly.

The multiquote button should become highlighted (green) once pressed.

as soon as i try to press that it takes me to page: - Replying to Painting radiator outter housing so i dont get an option to click anymore. maybe its because im new and the forum is only setup for older members to multi quote

That will most definitely not be the reason why it's not working. The website is the same for everyone, regardless of when they joined. The multiquote button does not redirect and the only reason you're taken to the "Replying" page is because you are pressing the "Reply" button.

no 100% sure its the multiquote (the one on the right hand side of the reply)

it dose not matter to much but it might be handy to have some times

It might be due to the browser you're using or you might have something disabled causing it to redirect to the "Replying" page. What browser are you using?

Are you using your PC and not your phone? If you are using your PC unless you are using no script or have java disabled you shouldn't have any probs.
