Update:
Even with this memory timing, after a couple of days, I had a bad boot again. So I bought a powered USb hub, because there were a few lads on another forum that said they were having problem with USB power dropping out of their mouse (I had seen this a bit)
Had been ok since I bought the hub (since Sat afternoon) was powering first thing in the morning but yesterday when I got back from work I had another lock-up on boot.
Now seriously considering that the board is faulty and must RMA it.
