overc locking my i5 2500k

well i have started overclocking my cpu, its at 4.7ghz now at 1.35v and i have 4gb ram at 6-8-6-24 (1600 ridgeback) now im still pushing higher i got to 4.8ghz at 1 point but after 2hours it started blue screening so i had to step back until i can find the bios update, also i want to overclock my ram, i had 8gb in there but i removed for because with 8 the latencies were 99924 so im running 4gb now ridgeback any ideas how i can over clock them?

any ideas on on my cpu, let me know all your ideas

Your OC looks good, temps are ok, as for the RAM I can't help you there but there is a board for Memory so you might do better asking in there
