Everything looks fine. You have thermal goo and jubilee clips?

1 thing I`ve picked up from u guyz talking, as a non-wc`er, is that jubilee clips are a cheap resource that u overlook at ur peril.

I planned on getting jubilee clips from a local hardware store/plumbing or something as they'd be dirt cheap.

I already have some Arctic silver 5 (will that do?)

Other than that i'll be getting some screws/bolts to attach the rad to the top of my case or something - Sehr gut?

Black Ice rads have an M4 thread so you should be able to source those easily enough :)

I don't use jubilee clips as I think they are ugly and 7/16" tubing over 1/2" barbs gives a seal tighter than a Jewish virgin.

Do you recommend just changing the tubing then?

3 metres of *7/16" Masterkleer PVC Hose

ftw? Do you recommend any failsafes as in - in case i knock the tubing or something? Or is it actually that tight? lol (wouldnt the tube be stretched once removed - say during bleeding, i'd have to cut it then)

I get a cup/jug of boiling water and dip the end in for 15/30secs then push the tubing over the barb. Once it is all the way on and cooled down it is stuck fast (I have always used the XSPC barbs mind, they are longer than the rest I have seen).

To bleed I unscrew a barb on say the pump at the bottom of the loop and catch the water in a bowl. Then you have to twist the tubing up so when it uncoils it screws itself back in - then you tighten it up with a spanner. OR, just cut it lol. Depends how I feel at the time.

As for tubing OD, it is up to you mate. If you use 1/2" tubing you MUST use jubilee clips. 7/16" you don't and it is supposed to be more flexible than 1/2".

I use 1/2" tubing with bot the screw clamps and the standard plastic clips, works good for me and I've never had a issue in the past 5 yeas or so..........;) I have used the 7/16 stuff on one rig a few years back and it does seal nicely, but what a pain to take apart.
