ok...need help again pls

as i was saying before i want to buy a pc and i need some info.

the cpu is q6600.

i don't really know what mainboard to buy ... i have to chose between the ASUS P5E ( http://asus.com/products.aspx?l1=3&l2=11&l3=572&l4=0&model=1873&modelmenu=2 ) and the P5K Premium/WiFi-AP ( http://asus.com/products.aspx?l1=3&l2=11&l3=534&l4=0&model=1749&modelmenu=2 ) . what should i choose ? i would go for the p5e cause it is a X38 based mainboard , but i don't actually know if it a good board or not. any ideas ?

mate,i would google it and i did...my result was that the x38 based bord is better . but i would like an second oppinion on this,so that's why i posted things here . so please don't be rude and answer something if you know the answer

so if anyone has \ had one of these boards and has something to add please reply to the post. thanks
