Just to take the cynical side for once ... (lol)

I've always been werey of purchasing the goods with this "Fatal1ty" tag, up against buying the "regular version".

I'm expecting a %age marketing cost.

e.g.

OCZ Fatal1ty Series 700W +12V Single-Rail

cost over

OCZ Series 700W +12V Single-Rail

Or how much the 12 time FPS champion relies on quality psus during fragging.

Other than that, it does look a pretty unit for a red build.

I had to read the title of this thread twice, at first I thought it was "OCZ Technology Introduces New Line of Faulty Power Supplies"

I don't get the point of this whole Fatal1ty thing any more... Yea he owns at fps who cares? At one time a 3dfx Voodoo 2 SLI setup with a matrox 2D card was the best graphics card you could get... And can I have a show of hands for everybody running socket A?

Its a shame OCZ wasted money on this when they could have spent it on R&D :(

Hmm quite a waste of money if you ask me. Expensive name = expensive unit :(

I like the single +12v rail principle of the 700w unit though, and I might have been interested in one if it was already released for retail in the Netherlands and it was reasonably priced.

Which it will not be, of course.

Had his mobo AN8-SLI Fatality, was amazing, was easy for overclocking. It was 1 button overclock :), none of this having to set in BIOS lol.

Also capable of getting some nice clocks within Windows, great mobo with some great features.

The mobo was the best mobo I have tested, worked great! I did pay a lot for it though, was around £300-500 I think :).
