LoD are currently 2nd in the UK ladder therefore we just need a win. They are a good team and we know atleast one of their players is good. We need to train hard on Nuke and lock it down!!!

EH are 10th, only after losing to the clan we lost against. They look ok, we need to win the match in the 1st map which is inferno (our choice). Lets hope they pick a decent map. We will need to win by quite a few rounds to gain points.

I will hopefully be back soon, but prob not for the LoD match, so you all need to organise yourselves and get practising as a team!!!

Lads from what Ham has said to me the team for Nuke is tang., Ham, equk, Gee and Snatz. If possible can i go through a CT setup and some T setups from 2 o'clock onwards. Then put these setups into practice with a few PCWs later tonight?

Otherwise anyone reading this could join just to be a pain. To be fair everyone in oc3d knows the passwords :)

I've set my status for both. I can make the one tuesday as the bowling league I'm in has a break for 4weeks as of next week :)
 
OK people, i haven't been too vocal about things thus far while we have been competing in Clan Base, I'm bored atm and i'll just air a couple of things that i believe has to be taken into consideration for being in such a ladder.

First and foremost, are we in this ladder to win or just to play the odd official match when we can be bothered? I'd like to think that the line-up we have could go far and with a little team practice with a sort of "core" team and the learning of maps as a team so we all know our positions and rotation system, this of course will take time and patience but i know we could get there!

Secondly, I believe this issue has been raised a couple of times prior to my post, we need to get people more active within OC3D, now before people hit quick reply with rants towards me!!! :O We all understand that people go out and have other arrangements and of course the worst of all...JOBS :O:O so it is expected and understood however is it possible to get something like 2 confirmed nights per week that we could play/practice for a couple of hours :D Now i know i'm not the most active person out there but i'm sure we can work something out between us :)

Personally I think a bit of both. I want to win, but mosly have fun while doing it. I see the UK ladder as warm up for the Euro ladder which we should get involved in sooner rather then later.

I do agree, talking to tang. and Mark they said they don't really play pcw's with the 2nd team. I know its difficult to set a couple of nights a week aside as everyone has stuff to do that changes from week to week. I know I have footie Mon, Tues, Wed and soon Sats too for example. Maybe we should have a poll every sunday to see when everyone is free for the following week, then we can all pencil in days for practice and pcw's. This is prob better than 3 people waiting online for others. Commuication is the key lads! I will let everyone know when im free when i get back online.

ne reason u want to keep it secret? most clan calenders on their websites are for public view.

the birthdays do get in the way a bit tho :(

You need to go to User CP, edit profile, and then there's an option to display age and date of birth, which should get you on the calender I think :)

Having it public would be ok in regards to other clans challenging us on certain days or whatever. I just thought if there was a clan only one (public or not) it wouldn't be so confusing and full of birthdays.

Also having a calendar of just games on a clan website means we will be more reliable and also will look better than the forum one.

I think there are loads of advantages to having a proper clan site rather than making do.

Yeah I do agree it would be a good idea, and if we could set whats days we were all free on for that week wud be amazing.

Im not free atm, PC just broke :(
