Rift S owner here - first one had to go back after developing a stuck pixel, no hassle at all from Oculus they replaced it. Currently loving Elite: Dangerous and Project Cars 2 in VR, but of course I mainly got it for Star Wars Squadrons. Logitech X-56 HOTAS already in situ so it'll be amazing.

30 minutes of beat saber and an hour of thrill of the fight and you start wondering if this 50+ year old body should just stick to Crusader kings 3

If you want motivation, get the app YUR too. Its a fun little tracker. When you see the calories you burn through it gives a feel good factor
Played No man sky in VR.. my god, what an awesome way to play. The controls in VR are nothing like M/KB. Touching your forhead and gripping the controller to switch to some scanner display etc. Touching your wrist to navigate menus like your own little pip boy..
Game is ok, but the VR experience I thought was fantastic.
Don't know how that would work with the quest, as it would move the controller outside the field it's picked up,
Had YUR found it got in the way on screen
you can move the YUR overlay anywhere you want. I usually have it high up on my left side.
I'll have to give it another go I got to lose 3 stone 19kg, since my son change to a special needs school he gets picked up and dropped off so don't have to do the walking any more and the weight has sneaked on
This is an interesting site for testing games for exercise

Though some games like Beat saber you need to be doing the high levels to get the results
I hear Creed is meant to be a pretty good VR workout
Even Beat saber have added a fitness map that gets you going if you can manage it on high level.
on a different subject,
With Fb bringing in the FB account needed, I'm wondering for people that have games on Oculus but now maybe upgraded to Index etc will they need to login with Fb to play their Oculus games
