I got the mobo + CPU, and I had a list of possible RAM choices. I waited till payday, then all my choices had gone way up or out of stock (presumably cuz of Windows 7 )...

So now I'm looking around and hoping to get RAM and HSF in the next week or 2

just a quickquestion,i cant get mine to spin faster that 700rpm on the back of the packet it says 700-1700rpm ive connected them to 12v via molex and power pn my mobo but still no joy

I do believe they are temperature controlled. We got one in for review but had to abandon it as we couldnt get it to runt he same speed as other fans.

Whether or not you can bypass the thermal control I'm not 100% sure :s

place the probe on something warm that it will reach to, ima put mine on my hs so they spin up to max when the cpu gets hotter (going to be using them as exaust fans on top of my cosmos)

hmm well i have a antec 900 and they are my front intake fanse,so i dont no were to put mine

pretty sure if you bridge the wires it will spin @ full speed

hmm how do i bridge them,but shurly if i connected them to the 12v adapter they would spin at full but they dident/dont.

I think you'd need to short it as Tom said rather than remove it.

find out where the probe is, cut it out and join the 2 wires together, probs best to solder them tbh.

snip it and connect the 2 wires (to the sensor and from the sensor) iirc

PS im 95% sure this is how you do with the enermax fans as it worked fine on some other fans i had last year, but im not repsonsable if you follow it and it dont work
