To be fair, Biostar are nothing special but they make some great boards for HTPCs. I mean cheap boards with nice audio solutions.
I remember I almost bought a Biostar board for my build in the z77 days. That TZ77-XE4 looked absolutely gorgeous with some G.Skill Ares RAM. I mean look at it
ASUS is my main go to lately, but their boards look so ugly as well. I don't know about going with them this time around. I think I'll go with whatever looks appropiate... I think.
I am thinking of going the Gigtabyte X870E Aorus Xtreme AI TOP but cant find to many reviews on it. Does anyone have a link maybe to OCD review on it or something with a build and testing cheers.

It's not considered good forum practice to revive old threads unless the topic discussed is exactly what you want to know about.
Since this is an Intel Haswell thread, it isn't exactly relevant for an AMD Ryzen/AM5 X870 motherboard question.
(I have been forced to delete some posts here. Folks, there is no reason not to be nice here.)
Since there is no need for further discussion on this thread, I have locked it. As this is a pre-launch Haswell thread and those CPUs are over a decade old (yes, I now feel very old).
Discussions on new motherboards deserve their own threads. If PC building advice is needed, Forum users will be more likely to respond fully with new threads.
