I would love if Intel delay Haswell Extreme for one year. But that will not happen.
From my side i7-3770k on 4.5GHz is excellent processor. He is old 2 year and still people must try harder to pull from 4770K same performance as 1000MHz OC 3770K, I saw now they have some Prime95 test, some 28.3, 28.5 BETA that's
10-12C less temperatures than official 27.9 Prime95 where Haswell under normal coolers all in one or Noctua usually can't go more than 4.2-4.3GHz...
But really from Haswell E I expect at least 1000MHz under real watercooling.
I can't wait to see X99 motherboards line-up.
