For some reason after one of those flaming grenades went off near me it left a loud ringing sound and didn't go away. So I couldn't hear anything bar the effing ringing, and in the end I had to restart. But thanks for the praise, I thought I did ok on my 350+ ping.

lol, I had that glitch yesterday.. Damn annoying!

But yeah no worries dude, your better than I ever will be and playing on 350+ ping is called skillful!

I have a 8800GTS 320MB, I can only get a Max of 60FPS in CSS and even in CS1.6 :| Why is this!?

Try turning Vsync off

Did a quick little stress test fps would not go above 60, I read somewhere it limits it or something iuno just try it and tell me ya results

Yeah the Vsync limits the fps to your screen refresh rate. Turn it off and if possible increase your screen refresh rate.
