Statistically speaking, if someone asked you to tell a number between 1 and 50000 you would choose one in the middle, right? So if you're 1 or 50000, your chances are even lower

Normally I do use a random number generator to pick me a winner and then just tie that up with the entrant # in the database.

However, in the case of Hi7 I didn't want the responsibility of picking (even be it via rand) so I passed it to Corsair for the honours
