OC3D becomes a company...

In our continuing efforts to be seen as a serious review site by manufacturers and retailers, Overclock3D or "Overclock3D LTD" as it's now legally known is registered as a Limited UK company.

The site will continue to run as it always has, with me and Kempez in charge, and Dav0s, PV5150, Fragtek and |3ourne keeping everythign running smooth.

Who knows, one day we may float on the stock market, and all of you can have a piece of OC3D

tbh my first question was, do i get VAT off products now

The site will continue to run as it always has with nothing changing, however, now that OC3D is a UK Company, we have a certain level of standards to uphold, which means that any deviation from the forum/site rules will result in action being taken.

Who knows, one day we may float on the stock market, and all of you can have a piece of OC3D

Sweet Jebus , didnt know i was part of something this big. AMAZING JOB !!! Now its even more professional. One day we will rival the likes of THG and Anandtech in terms of reviews and XS and Hard[o]cp in terms of the number of members.
