NZXT Phantom - The beginning.

Wow thanks for the full spec reeper,

so the XSPC Acrylic Dual 5.25" Reservoir would fit the Laing D5 pump without any hassle? because I just want the pump to be in the reservoir

( that's why the xspc bundle was the first pick ) and if it does that whould be ideal.

I'll take all the advice in consideration and you can follow up here : Water cooling build if you see any other points that need to be adjusted.

thanks

Just make sure you get the correct res with the pump you choose. I have used one of those combo's before and they are AWESOME. Tubing is reduced and flow is increased. I noticed your plan for the loop. That GTS 360 XFlow has ports on either end of the radiator which would do you nicely with your setup. You would have the tubing from the res/pump going to the closest port on the rad, then tubing running from the other end to the CPU.

This is my build log if you are interested; http://forum.overclock3d.net/index.php?/topic/39727-project-nuclear-fission/

these are my options (in my country) :

Alphacool D5-VPP655

Koolance PMP-450

Laing D5-MCP655

So i'm kind of confused, the top one seems to fit inside of the reservoir but i'm not sure.

The second & third are the pumps but i'll need to dissasemble them to fit in the reservoir I guess?

Which one do you advice?

They are the same pump pretty much, all Laing D5. I would personally get the Koolance PMP450 because you can change the speed and it comes with everything you need if you want to run the res and pump separately in the future. It is also cheaper than the Swiftech and the Alphacool seems like it doesn't come with everything and you may need to buy extra things.

Get the Koolance PMP450
