So this is my pretty new rig, it's the start of something great.
It's basic right now but I have some big plans.
Just need to figure out alot of things.
Next to do list:
FULL WATERCOOLING LOOP !
- XSPC raystorm Cpu block
- XSPC Dualbay Reservoir
- EK-6970 V2 Black acetal/nickel Gpu block
- EK-FC6970 V2 Backplate - Black
- Koolance PMP-450 Pump
- Black ice GT Stealth 360 radiator
- EK compression fittings (0° / 45°)
- Tygon R3603 tubing (3/8ID 1/2 OD)
- Feser One Cooling Fluid - UV ACID GREEN
- Scythe Gentle typhoons 1850rpm (5, not 6)
- ICD 7 thermal paste
- Revoltec UV kathodes, 10cm x2
The project will be watercooled when it's ready, probably with blue/white features.
For now it's more of a gamer desktop, but my goal is performance (over time.)
Specs:
CORSAIR TX v2 (750 watt, atx, sli ready)
ASROCK P67 Extreme4 Gen3
INTEL Core i5 2500K (3.3 ghz, 6 mb, s1155, 95 watt, boxed)
SCYTHE Mugen 3 (s775, sAM2, s1366, sAM3, s1156, s1155)
KINGSTON HyperX (8192 mb, 1600 mhz, CL9, 1.65 v, non-ecc, unbuffered, kit of 2)
NEC DVD ReWriter AD-7280S (24x, sata, black)
MICROSOFT Windows 7 Home Premium OEM (64, OEM, NL, SP1)
ASUS VE228H (22", 5 ms, speakers)
SAPPHIRE RADEON HD6970 (880 mhz, 2048 mb, DDR5, 5500 mhz, 256 bit, 11, fan)
WESTERN DIGITAL Caviar Green (2000 gb, sata/600, 7200 rpm, 64 mb, 3.5
EDIMAX Wlan Card (300 mbps, pci)
LOGITECH K200 (wired, usb, be)
OCZ Vertex 3 (90 gb, sata/600, 535 mbps, 480 mbps)
NZXT Big Phantom Wit
The only thing I regret a little is the non modular PSU. I don't know what I was thinking, but it'll be replaced anyway.
