Nvidia Store Experiences ?

Started with digitalimpuls in norway. They stated they wont get more in because they are discontinued. Didnt really believe that so went directly to Nvidia. They said they are no longer possible to purchase.

"out of stock" implies they will get more in in my eyes.

anyways, I had ordered the Titan Jedi edition since red, is pants as a colour :D

Well the Star Wars Titans only came back into stock yesterday and should only take a few days to deliver if everything goes smoothly with the transaction, The person you were talking to was probably looking at the wrong page ^_^

Nah i think he is right. I asked him about the 1080ti founders and his response matches the local store I purchase from.

Since its discontinued, i was going to splash the cash on a Titan (would be my first one) but then I get an email stating expect 60days for delivery. Ok I know it's Norway, but to hell with that.

Out of curiosity when did you get the email about the 60 days ? was it the same day you made the purchase ?

You should get your card in a couple of days.

Digital river are useless at letting you know what is going on but very quick at sending out the cards..

ATM I am looking at the price of some of the non reference 1080 Ti cards, £935 for a Kingpin at Scan is a joke when you can have the SW Titan for £999 which is faster than anything EVGA make.

Well they must have at least made a batch, because the dark side card was OOS in the USA last week too.
 
Why is it that basically everybody is trying to get the Empire version over the Jedi Order version? Everybody hates green that much? Lol

If the empire version had green LED's instead of red then that would be preferable but the Jedi version looks too much like a Founders Edition.

I know they are modelled or styled after Luke and Vader's lightsabers but red for the jedi and green for the empire would have worked better seeing as tie fighters shoot green and xwings shoot red, Just looks better IMO.

Well I got my first and then 2nd confirmation emails within the hour and that was nigh on 12 hours ago so all being well it'll only be a few days :)

I know loads of people who have jumped on the TXp. Most of them first timers.

Ever since the Black (and seeing the resale values on them) I've had nothing else. Paid £450 for my XM with the Hybrid on (card was £400, cooler £50 used) sold it for £350 over a year later. Paid £675 for this one, I highly expect £400+ when I sell it (which won't be any time soon).

The longer Nvidia leave it between releases the better for Titan owners, tbh.

Yeah i guess it does look to much like a FE card now that I think about it

You should have held on to the Vega 64. They are selling at crazy prices now in the US around $1200 on eBay because of mining. You could have saved money and spend only about $150. Well assuming it's similar pricing in UK

Honestly didn't even occur to me ^_^

Side note, Ordered yesterday at 10am, Will be here today at around 3:15 PM at the latest according to tracking, Currently out for delivery only 10 miles away from me :D

Wicked ! my pal in the U.S ordered his last night. Git woke me up texting me at 1:30 am lol. I am speaking to him Sunday (he works mad hours now) so I will get him to post in the owner thread. He's got an account here from ages ago :)
