Nvidia or AMD?

try would try to go for the msi gtx 660 's i've just bought one myself and it is blazingly fast ( i also bought mine at azerty (best computer store :) in belgium and holland)).
So i think it will be more than good enough.

I would not advise going for SLI on low end cards, compared to what you can afford and get an awesome single card.

where is the logic in buying 2 lower cards when you can easily afford a 7970/7950 even the 670

And a 7970 would make your blazingly fast 660 feel laggy compared to the horsepower the 7970 has over it:)

Lots of SLi hate in here. I run SLi.. no issues AT ALL. :)

Latest greatest drivers, installed *properly* and you will be fine. Pick whatever you want Danger :) I'm sure you'll love it.

Also stop boasting :P 69/1 in bf3 is easy in a tank ;)

I wouldn't even mind if the complaints had any foundation at all. SLI is absolutely brilliant now and Nvidia and EVGA are working hard to make sure it stays that way.

i'm a bossssssss in a tank :p
90/2 45/0 64/1:P

well i'm still looking arround what i will do now so much hate etc..
maybe ill get deep in the moneybag and get 1 x 680 and update it with an other in some a while.. but i need new mobo, new psu, new cpu, new DDR3, new vid card you know;) i didn't have the money and time to buy new parts over the last 4 years and i need to think what i'm doing

2x660 to get cheap power that beats 1 680 and the 7970 but then i can't upgrade no more but also then i could get in 2 or 3 years the new 7 serie;)

You can be boss all you want mate :) I'll still explode you with ma choppa! :)

The 7 series, if rumour is anything to go by, will basically be stripped down, cheaper titans aimed at the mid-high end as opposed to the moneybags end like titan was.

If it were me, i'd get 660(something) in SLi, get lots of vram so you're happy in that department and stick with what you know, which is SLi.

sub i will shoot you with ma tank in your chopper:P
yep for me atm ill think going 2 x 660 its bit better then 2x650ti boost:)
and it more fits my money bag:P need to much to buy superduper stuff
if i had 3000 euro to trow i would get your 2 vid cards:P

then you don't have any ^^ haha :p
going of topic now;)

ill go for 2x660;) and dunno when the new serie or titans will be payable
then ill go to that :D

just visit my page on bf3:P you'll see some of the best i had when the save favo was out;) had better once then that but yeah ther gone like 120/2 etc:P

Please read the OP.

dunno if i would go for nvidia again or amd?
i would say max of 350 euro that would be
2 x http://azerty.nl/8-4360-615929/msi-n650ti-tf-2gd5-oc-be.html
if i would go SLI..

but dunno...
i use 2 monitors and i need to record gaming and make video renders;)

lemme know

And also, the title is Nivdia or AMD?

If the video rendering software uses cuda to speed things up, go for a 680/670. If not then go for a 7970. SLI is of no benefit to you and the 660sli only has a 192bit bus which will bottleneck you for 2 screen gaming. Where as the single more powerful cards have a much higher bit bus and can easily cope with the 2 screens:)
