And that's exactly what I meant. I've had whoopsies with near on every company but it's the way they deal with it when there is a problem.

I second that. I recently bought a few ATI branded FirePro cards. Sometimes it's not worth the aggravation to deal with partner companies like XFX. I'm sure I'll still buy a partner card for personal use sooner or later...but I always have to remember to REGISTER WITHIN 30 DAYS
