Not if you're in the Uk - retailer is the first point of contact for warranty issues - hopefully, this won't affect phil too badly or at all.
 
Well as everyone who has bought a unit from me knows, I am only to happy to help out when you have a problem, and this will still, and will always be the case - but please take into account if you have a catastrophic failure of some sort I might not be able to remedy it.
 
I for one know that us mach 2 owners will get more support from you than they would form any other uk reseller :)
 
God damn , this is really bad news :( , just when i nearly had the cash i needed to buy one this happens :(

Phil , Good luck finding new products to fill the gap , i hope it dosn't rock your boat too much m8 :)
 
This is the first I have heard of it, and there website is down?

Doesn't really fuss me as I am getting a regas but that means no new better products etc? Don't even want to look at the Vapocrap! The new one will fill me with thoughts of the good old times! :(
 
dam man just read the thread is it really true that they have gone bust ??????? do u reckon thats why they only sent a couple of units in your last order phil and not the full amount could be that they saw it coming a couple of months ago and have been thinning orders for every1. good luck phil ;) need any help give send us a instant
 
Just got mine in time it seems:) . Just downloaded the updated s/ware from the site last week so againg just in time. What happens with s/ware updates anybody know if anyone else is going to rewrite nVentiv's stuff to keep it up to date?

Keep it going Phil, I like the rest of the guys here will keep buying from you whenever poss. The service is very important IMHO.
