not posting

ok this is gonna sound abit weird but i turned my computer on this afternoon (about 30 Mins ago) and its would not post, i was like WTF i spent the next 20 mins stripping the ram GFX sound HDDs out then tried nothing still, put that all back in then i noticed that i had left my 2GB SD card in the USB card reader i took it out and tried it and haypresto it worked

can someone please explain why this is?

Can`t understand the non-posting.

The least I would have expected is to post, and perhaps fall down trying to boot to the USB pen.

Might be a bios thing for USB harddrives and it`s confusing itself.

I've got the same thing. My Asus board wont post if I've got my USB stick or Hub in. Its a tad annoying, but meh.
