:) I really like this case the LIAN LI PC-100 and I decided against the H100 and am going with the Noctua NH-D14 but I got some concerns like can I turn Noctua NH-D14 around so it blows out the back or is it a one way install .

Do you mean like this:

If so, that's the recommended orientation. You can mount it other ways as well, but the below orientation is the best.

No I mean the other direction that exhausting into an intake fan  If that's the case I'm talking about then the GPU plug in is at the front of the case and the intake fan is just above why would I want to exhaust heat from the CPU into an on coming fan

In the above orientation you are pushing the heat towards the exhaust fan at the back. Why would you want to push the air towards the intake? The whole purpose of case cooling is to dispense heat.

Please look at what the OP is asking. The mobo in his case is upside down and the io shield plate/expansions is at the front. So his gpu could be exhausting at the front.

notyadaddy if your gpu is external exhaust then have the noctua blow towards the front of the case. If its not then have the noctua blowing towards the back and have the case fans arranged that way too.

Sorry, I assumed the case had a standard layout.
