Hi guys i did not know where to post this but if this is the wrong section would a mod mind moving it.
So im wanting to express my views about the noucta customer support and the reason for that is because how amazing and easy it was. One of my NF-P12s had started to make a clicking sound and i thought may as well contact them, they suggested a couple of ways in which to stop it in my case it did not work which i told them. I got an email back saying that a new fan should be with you within 5-10 working days and all i had to do is snap a fin off the old one put my ID next to it and take a picture.
I now have so much respect for noctua not only having amazing fans but making there customer support easy and painless unlike some other companies such as razer but thats a different story.
Overall im very impressed how they dealt with the problem and i will continue using and telling people how good noctua are.
