No signal/display reboot loop

So i recently replaced my gigabyte gaming 5 motherboard to the msi gaming 5 z97 in order to fix the reboot loop i was having with the gigabyte board. Installed the msi board today and everything seems to be running fine however i just have blackscreen no bios no operating system nothing. It did boot up once the operating system but has never happened again. Tested the following steps
Reseated ram/gpu/cpu
unplugged all psu wires replugged and tidyed them up
reset bios/cmos
checked behind motherboard tray for anything that could cause shortages
tested with a secondary power supply still no joy
changed the cpu cable
took entire motherboard out cpu everything and redone again
Tried pretty much everything the pc still does the reboot loop with the new board but only 1 time then starts up but displays nothing but stays running. If anyone could help i would really appreciate it thanks in advance

Also tried with gpu taken out and using onboard still nothing :(. no bios screen or anything just blackscreen consistently but all fans including gpu fans running fine.

Try using 1 stick of ram.
then try a different stick of ram and try different slots..
I think ist some sort of timing /voltage miss match on the ram.

Appreciate the help i got it running using this method however it booted up once and required me to move the ram to another channel each time 3-4 attemps then it would boot to bios sometimes windows then stop again :(. Kind of lost what this could be i honestly dont think its faulty gpu/mobo/psu/cpu cause it loads windows once every 100 boots lol. Thanks again for the help i really appreciate it

I was curious i think my memory is triple channel and the motherboard is dual channel is there a way to change this and could this be the cause of the issue ?. Thanks in advance
