I should have been getting my Q9450 through in the post today but by the looks of things its not going to happen.

Rang up novatech, tekheads and ocuk and got the same response.

"None in the UK sir"

or

"You and everyone else have been asking, intel havent sent us stock"

hmmmmm...so....what to do...

Anyone know what the new release date is or is it going to be a game like fishing, sitting and waiting???

granted, i dislike engineering samples, and I've already told Kataras about my dislike for his purchase , but I shan't judge until I see a good solid comparison.

Who knows.....Katara's 9450 might be better than ours......just lack of temp sensor

Kataras, try the temp sensor location we talked about at work - i wanna see some TRUE temps.

Well iv spoken to the guys at Novatech and they said that they are hoping it should be in stock before the end of the month.

Sooo..im working for the next 2 weeks meaning I cant really do much anyways meaning time should fly by.

(OCUK have sent my new RAM. Appears it was DOA. WOO HOO!!)

I had a similar email from the guys at novatech asking if i wanted to keep the order one or order something else.

Simple phone call and they just said thanks for waiting etc etc,

Quite nice of them

So end of the month it should be then. Mind you, you cant complain really, intel have no one to compete with besides themselves at the minute and theres no point in doing that tbh. Fair play intel, keep us waiting and get a huge backlog of people waiting, cant blame you.
